The short version…
I am a personal trainer, strength coach and yoga instructor with 25 years experience in the fitness industry. Over the years I have used my expertise in the fitness industry in many roles. These have included training and mentoring other fitness instructors, coordinating programs and managing the health club at a busy fitness centre.


I have been running my business, Strength For You, since 2013. Offering face to face training in Melbourne’s north-west as well as online strength coaching. I am excited to be expanding my services to offer online Yoga as recovery, stress management and mindfulness as well as for those wanting a gentle introduction to movement.
Competing in the sport of powerlifting for 21 years (1998 – 2019) I have represented Australia in both open and master’s categories. You may well see me back on the competition platform soon enough but for now the gym remains my happy place to stay connected with friends and keep my body strong into middle age.
